Laya Gelff, owner and president of the agency, a woman with accomplished diversity
as Theatrical Talent Agent, Producer, Writer and Director, has had an extensive
career in the entertainment business.

She was the Awards Director for the National Emmy awards television shows, an
associate producer for NBC News, and producer, director, co-writer of two major
one-man shows: "EINSTEIN: THE PRACTICAL BOHEMIAN" and
"HEMINGWAY: ON THE EDGE" both starring nationally acclaimed actor
Ed Metzger. She produced these shows at The John F. Kennedy Center for The
Performing Arts, Washington DC; Off-Broadway,NY; Pantages Centre Theater,
Tacoma; Reichhold Center Theatre, St. Thomas USVI; The Grand Opera
House, Galveston Island TX; and many major theaters throughout the country.

Laya regularly serves as a Judge on the Blue Ribbon Panels for the Emmy
Awards, has been a Judge in the selection process of the Internship Program for
the Television Academy, and has been a guest lecturer about "the biz" at various
university Theater Arts departments throughout the country. She is a member of
The Dramatists Guild, Association of Arts Presenters, Western Southern and
Mid-West Arts Associations, and The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

During a time when it was not fashionable to be a working Mom, Laya raised
her two children, and prides herself on their successful professional careers.
Now as a husband and wife team, Laya Gelff and Ed Metzger enjoy being
together in the entertainment field and traveling together throughout the world
with their many projects.
